I’m in my 30s, into fitness, and always have been. I like to keep myself toned and in shape, and whilst I usually opt for higher-impact sports, something about practicing yoga called out to me. The pace, the effects on the mind, and just generally how people talked about it with such adoration in their eyes.

My son just started kindergarten, which is great for my ex-wife, it means she has more time now but it also means he is growing up, which is sad for us as parents.
